Store your sudo password securely for package manager installations. The password is stored in your desktop's native Secret Service (GNOME Keyring or current KDE Wallet).
To securely store passwords, enable a Secret Service provider:
The system password feature is only available on Linux for package manager installations.
Your account must have permission to write to the installation location.
