# Language integration coverage

The old `cross_ui_test.go` exercised compatibility adapters that the shipped Web
page did not use. Those adapters and their tests were removed in the September 8
remediation.

Current coverage follows the active paths:

- [Shared selection](../selection_test.go) and [embedded locale integrity](../locale_data_integrity_test.go).
- [Web display/cache behavior](../../web/locale_test.go) and the actual languages controller's frontend tests.
- [TUI preference handling](../../tui/language_preferences_test.go) and [persistent preference transactions](../../tui/language_preferences_transaction_test.go).
- Real-browser navigation/settings checks in [tests/browser](../../../tests/browser).

Run `go test ./pkg/locale ./pkg/web ./pkg/tui`, `npm test`, and
`npm run test:browser` from the repository root.
